About Diamond

Hi! Thank you so much for stopping by my website. My name is Diamond Chijioke and I am a mother of 2 children ages 5 and 3, and I am also a wife to an ARMY chaplain and officer. I started my fitness journey after my kids were born. Honestly, I was tired of being overweight as I gained a total of 50 lbs with EACH pregnancy due to being undisciplined in my eating, and not being active at all. After my pregnancies, I didn’t recognize my body anymore, and that was when I knew I needed to change.

I drastically changed my eating habits, which caused me to see immediate changes in my body. After I lost about 25 pounds, I began incorporating strength training with little cardio into my exercise routine.

I sought the help of a personal trainer and nutritionist which helped me a great deal in getting a handle on my eating habits and activity level. Now, in 2020, I am currently studying to become a group fitness instructor. I am very passionate about helping not just moms, but anyone who is tired of being overweight and would like to take their health back.

I am in the process of obtaining my AFAA (Athletes and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor Certification with an expected completion date of September 2020.

I also served the community of Leesburg Virginia by being a mental health specialist in a residential treatment program where I incorporated health, wellness and fitness into treatment plans for teens who struggle with a number of mental illnesses and behavioral problems.

I am VERY passionate about helping others get healthy and lose weight the right way. This means, no fad diets, and no quick fixes. My motto is “If you put the work in, the results will follow.” Anything worth having, is worth fighting for. I am VERY excited to help you along in your journey.

I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
